South Metro Fire Rescue crews and officers from the Littleton Police Department responded to reports of two small fires burning bushes, trees and a fence in a Littleton neighborhood, according to a statement from the fire department on social media.

South Metro crews were working to put out the two fires in the area of West Bowles Avenue and South Coventry Lane around noon. By 12:30 p.m., fire officials announced the flames were under control and crews were working to put out remaining hot spots.
