The Supreme Court has decided in favor of a small Oregon town that placed civil punishments on homeless people for sleeping in public spaces, finding 6-3 the punishments don’t violate the Eighth Amendment. Former federal prosecutor Scott Fredericksen joined CBS News to discuss the ruling.
