An unlicensed pick-up truck driver fled the scene after getting into a fatal crash with a motorcyclist on a Queens expressway, police said Monday.

Alex Cruz was changing lanes in his 2022 white Toyota Tacoma on the southbound Clearview Expressway in Bayside when he was rear-ended by the motorcyclist about 9:40 p.m. Saturday, cops said.

The 39-year-old victim, riding a 2012 BMW motorcycle, then struck a guardrail and was tossed to the pavement near Northern Blvd., officials said. He died at the scene.

Cruz, 23, of White Plains, drove off but was later nabbed about two miles away at Horace Harding Expressway and Utopia Parkway in Fresh Meadows, cops said. He was charged with leaving the scene of an accident and driving without a license.

The motorcyclist’s name was not immediately released.
