CHANNAHON, Ill. — Rescue crews are attempting to rescue a man from a water tower after he reportedly suffered a medical emergency.
The attempted rescue is unfolding in Channahon along Youngs Road near the Des Plaines River.
The nature of the medical emergency was not disclosed.
