Richard Lewis, the longtime stand-up comedian who is known to millions for his memorable role as Larry David’s neurotic friend in “Curb Your Enthusiasm,” has died at the age of 76. Last year, Lewis revealed that he had been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease.
