Taylor Swift Arrives in a Denim Corset and Shorts to Travis Kelce’s First NFL Game of the Season

Taylor Swift refuted any notion she and Travis Kelce are on the verge of breaking up by stepping out at his first NFL season game this evening. Swift arrived at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri, wearing a denim corset, shorts, and maroon over-the-knee boots. She entered on her own one hour before the game’s start time.

Hours ahead of the game, the New York Times reported that Swift would be attending, citing intel it had received from a source briefed on the game’s security arrangements.

Kelce made headlines earlier today for his comments in his CBS Mornings interview where he discussed how he feels being Swift’s “arm candy.”

“It’s the life I chose, I guess,” he said. “I have fun with it. It comes with the territory of wanting to do fun activities like this and signing up for cool sponsorships like this and endorsements.”

Swift and Kelce have been together for over a year. The singer first attended a Chiefs game last September. She told Time in December that the couple had privately been together for weeks before their public debut.

“This all started when Travis very adorably put me on blast on his podcast [in July], which I thought was metal as hell,” she began. “We started hanging out right after that. So we actually had a significant amount of time that no one knew, which I’m grateful for, because we got to get to know each other. By the time I went to that first game, we were a couple. I think some people think that they saw our first date at that game? We would never be psychotic enough to hard launch a first date.”

She also addressed those critical of her attending NFL games and taking attention away from the sporting event. That has never been her intention, she stressed: “I don’t know how they know what suite I’m in. There’s a camera, like, a half-mile away, and you don’t know where it is, and you have no idea when the-camera is putting you in the broadcast, so I don’t know if I’m being shown 17 times or once.”

“I’m just there to support Travis,” she said. “I have no awareness of if I’m being shown too much and pissing off a few dads, Brads, and Chads.”
