Lorraine Kelly received a special award at the 2024 BAFTA TV Awards, and Judi Love‘s reaction to her acceptance speech went viral.

After Kelly took the stage in London to receive her award, cameras cut to reactions from the public and caught the Loose Woman co-host rolling her eyes.

“I’m on the telly tomorrow, but I’m going to celebrate tonight,” Kelly said, closing her speech.

Cameras cut to Ant and Dec, who were visibly excited for Kelly’s award. Love then popped up on the screen, giving a shady look, even though the people around her continued to clap for Kelly.

While accepting her special award at the 2024 BAFTA TV Awards, Kelly said “one of the highlights” of her career was Brian Cox swearing at her. The Succession star presented Kelly with the trophy, and when he handed the award to the ITV daytime talk show host, she said, “One of the highlights of my career was when Brian told me to eff off. In character! At least, I think it was in character.”

Cox took the stage to present Kelly with the award, saying, “My late sister Betty was a huge fan of this year’s recipient and when I asked her why she loved her so much, her reply was this: ‘She’s real.’”

He continued, “Her indomitable spirit has etched her name as an integral part of British daytime television. Her infectious humor, boundless enthusiasm, and genuine, genuine kindness instantly draw people in, and she truly deserves this recognition tonight.”
