FOUR EASY BRUNCH COCKTAILS || Brunch or Hair of the dog cocktail recipe list!

As a bartender, our job is to help you enjoy your cocktails. But when you’ve enjoyed them a little TOO much, sometimes you need a little Hair of the Dog the next day. HAIR OF THE DOG COCKTAIL RECIPE LIST:

00:00 Introduction
01:20 Palomimosa
04:02 Clamato
06:58 Chelada
08:40 Negroni Sbagliato

PALOMIMOSA – WHAT YOU NEED:
Espumante
1.5 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
1.2 oz St. Germain
¾ oz Tequila

HOW TO MAKE IT:
Add espumante, filling glass a little more than ½ way
Add remaining ingredients
Garnish with grapefruit wedge

CLAMATO – WHAT YOU NEED:
Tajin
½ oz Lime Juice
2 dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
2 dashes of Maggi Seasoning
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 heaping spoons of baby clams
Clamato Juice

HOW TO MAKE IT:
Rim glass with Tajin
Add Lime juice, worcestershire sauce, Maggi Seasoning, Salt and Pepper
Add Ice
Top with baby clams
Fill to top with Clamato Juice
Optional – Add 1.5 oz Vodka or Mexican Beer

CHELADA – WHAT YOU NEED:
3/4 oz Lime Juice
Mexican Pilsner beer
Tajin rim
Splash of Clamato (optional)

HOW TO MAKE IT:
Rim glass with Tajin
Add Ice
Add Lime
Fill with Beer

NEGRONI SBAGLIATO – WHAT YOU NEED
1 oz Campari
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
Prosecco

HOW TO MAKE IT:
Add Campari and Sweet Vermouth to a mixing glass
Add ice and stir well, diluting
Strain into glass
Top with Prosecco
Garnish with orange
