How To Make A Whiskey Sour | Classic Cocktail Recipe | Vegan Friendly

One of the most famous classic cocktails and a drink universally loved by whisky drinkers – The Whisky Sour is a simple but highly effective mixture of warm, rich whisky, sharp, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup and a distinctive texture achieved by adding egg white, aquafaba or vegan foamer.

This versatile cocktail is traditionally made with bourbon but works well with any whisky of your choosing, for this version we’ve chosen to use an Australian single malt from Morris.
