Ingredients:-
1 cup green cabbage
1 cup red cabbage
1/2 cup carrot
1/2 cup bell peppers
1 cup cucumber
Some coriander
1/2 cup sauté tofu
1/4 cup chopped cashews

PEANUT DRESSING

2 tbsp soya sauce
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 tsp mayo sriracha
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp water
