Pizza chips are great keto option to satisfy those pizza cravings. They also make a great appetizer or game day snack!
Ingredients:
14 Pepperoni, (one ounce)
⅛ cup Fresh Grated Parmesan
¼ cup Shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400℉.
Place 1 pepperoni in the bottom of a muffin tin
Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese, grated parmesan, and a tiny bit of Italian seasoning.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool until crispy.
Serve with marinara for dipping
