– 2 and a half cups of water

– 2 carrots
– 1 potato
– 2 tomatoes
– 100g of peas

– 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
– 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
– salt + black pepper
– 1/2 lemon juice
– a bit of milk
