Apple Custard Pie
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
Caramelize Apple:
-Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
-Apple peeled & small cubes 1 kg
-Brown sugar ½ Cup
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) ½ tsp
-Corn flour 2 tsp
-Pani (Water) ¼ Cup
-Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required
Shortcut Pastry:
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups (300 gms)
-Makhan (Butter) chilled 150 gms (cubes)
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
-Cheeni (Sugar) 2 tsp
-Doodh (Milk) 4 tbs
-Anda (Eggs) 2
-Cream 1 Cup
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 2 tbs

Directions:
For Caramelize Apple:
-In pot,add butter and let it melt.
-Add apples,brown sugar,lemon juice,salt and cinnamon powder,mix well and cook on medium low flame for 15-20 minutes.
-In corn flour,add water and mix well.
-Now add dissolve corn flour,mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
-Add water,mix well and cook until desired consistency.
-Let it cool down.
For Shortcut Pastry:
-In chopper,add all-purpose flour,butter and pulse for 3-4 times.
-Add salt,sugar and chop well.
-Gradually add milk and chop until crumbled.
-In bowl,add crumbled mixture,bring together and knead until dough is formed.
-Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
-In bowl,add eggs,cream,caster sugar,whisk well & set aside.
-Sprinkle all-purpose flour on dough and rolled out with the help of rolling pin.
-Grease baking tray/dish with cooking oil,place rolled dough,set and cut the edges with the help of the knife.
-Prick with fork and bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 8-10 minutes then take out from oven & rest for 5 minutes.
-On baking tray/dish,add caramelize apples and spread evenly.
-Add and pour prepared cream+egg mixture (makes 2).
-Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 20-25 minutes.
-Serve with ice cream & caramel syrup.

-Saib,brown sugar,lemon juice,namak aur darchini powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki darmiyani ancch per 15-20 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Corn flour mein pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Ab dissolve corn flour dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Pani shamil karein aur desired consistency anay tak paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
For Shortcut Pastry:
-Chopper mein maida aur makhan dal dein aur 3-4 dafa pulse ker lein.
-Namak aur cheeni dal ker chop ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka doodh shamil karein aur crumbled hunay tak chop ker lein.
-Bowl mein crumbled mixture dal dein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
-Cling film sa dhak dein aur 30 minutes kliya refrigerate ker lein.
-Bowl mein anday,cream aur bareek cheeni dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Dough per maida chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
-Baking tray/dish ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur rolled dough rakh ker set ker lein aur edges ko knife sa cut ker lein.
-Fork ki madad sa prick karein aur preheated oven mein 8-10 minutes kliya bake ker lein phir oven sa nikal lein aur 5 minutes kliya rakh dein.
-Baking tray/dish per caramelize apples dal ker evenly pheela lein.
-Tayyar cream+anday ka mixture dal dein (makes 2).
-Preheated oven mein 180 C per 20-25 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
-Ice cream & caramel syrup dal ker serve karein.
