Egg fried rice recipe was awesome with very few ingredients. Very easy to prepare. Rich in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and helps in weight loss.
Ingredients:
1. Coconut oil 6 tsp
2. Eggs 5 (with salt & pepper)
3. Biryani masala2 tsp
4. Ghee 4 tbsp. (Paleo followers can use coconut oil/olive oil instead)
5. Onion 5 (sliced)
6. Green chilies 6
7. Cabbage 1/2 kg
8. Salt
