A search was underway for a 2-year-old outside a hotel early Friday in west suburban Lombard.

The toddler was reported missing around midnight from the Extended Stay America Hotel at 260 East 22nd Street, WGN reported.

Officers with K-9’s were seen searching the area and divers were seen searching a nearby pond.

Lombard police couldn’t confirm any details about the search as of early Friday morning.
